About Us

Grit, grace & dedication: each member at Corcoran Realty & Co. excels at ensuring that our clients have the very best experience possible when buying or selling a home. We want you to feel empowered and taken care of. Katie Corcoran had a vision, paired with these team members, the vision is now reality.

Katie Corcoran has been selling real estate since 2006 and in 2019 was inspired to become an independent broker. Big box companies never seem to understand the micro-markets in each community nor did any seem to care enough about the client's experience. Corcoran recognizes that being independent offers more opportunity to provide better client service; such as complimentary home staging, zero "admin fees" and ensuring that each transaction is overseen by a licensed broker. 

Savanna Wimer joined in the spring of 2021 and has evolved from apprentice to our leading sales agent. Savanna has a “can do” attitude and is willing to put in full effort in order for our clients to reach all their real estate goals, whether for investments or residential transactions. Her years of property management have proven value time and time again. 

Cali Buchino first joined in the summer of 2018. She’s smart, savvy and is well adept in contracts and overseeing transactions from start to finish. When not selling real estate, Cali is hanging out with her family, pets...oh, and she just happens to own and operate Duke's Country Saloon in Kenosha. 

Sam Schneider joined the following summer. Her long list of life accomplishments are mesmerizing; which include 11 national champion titles for cycling. Needless to say, her competitive edge is a plus for her clients. In 2022 Sam & her sister, Sky, opened a popular bakery in West Allis, the Bread Peddlers.
