Shop for Houses

Locating Properties to Tour

We will provide access to our local MLS so you can have access to more information than available on national sites. You will see homes in "coming soon" status...we get the inside scoop that they are coming to the market. 

Once we have identified homes that you want to tour, we will set up appointments and walk you through the property. If you really like one of the homes we tour, our next step will be to discuss submitting an offer to purchase on the property. 

Offer & Negotiate

Price & terms of the offer

Before writing your offer, it is our job to provide guidance on the market and opinion on the current list price. Is the home priced too high, too low, or spot on? Pairing that with our market knowledge, we can provide a suggested price range of where we think the home's value lies. 

Once we know the price, we will review the offer with you (either via zoom or in person) to help ensure you understand the contract. When we feel we have covered all bases, it will be sent to you for your signature. 

Once you sign your offer, it's our job to package it up and present it to the listing agent. After that, we wait to see how the Sellers respond.

Get your Keys

The Closing

Within 3 days prior to closing we will preform a final walkthrough at the property to ensure it is in acceptable condition.

If your home purchase is financed, we will attend your closing with you. You will first sign all the lender documents to officially obtain the loan from the lender, next you will sign all the disclosures & statements from seller along with reviewing the deed that will be recorded. 

If your home purchase is a cash offer, we may meet in person or you may choose to close remotely. 

No matter how you are financing your purchase, we will be with you to provide guidance through the closing timeframe.
