Before writing your offer, it is our job to provide guidance on the market and opinion on the current list price. Is the home priced too high, too low, or spot on? Pairing that with our market knowledge, we can provide a suggested price range of where we think the home's value lies.
Once we know the price, we will review the offer with you (either via zoom or in person) to help ensure you understand the contract. When we feel we have covered all bases, it will be sent to you for your signature.
Once you sign your offer, it's our job to package it up and present it to the listing agent. After that, we wait to see how the Sellers respond.
